DAGG

Chris is a securitisation specialist with over 20 years’ experience across structured products, trading, and asset management. He began his career at Citi as a Securitised Products Trader before moving into product development at a boutique asset manager.

He spent a decade as Partner at Fortem Capital Limited, where he helped scale the business to £7m+ revenue and over £1.2bn AUM, including the development and management of UCITS funds for institutional and professional investors.

As a founder, Chris combines deep technical structuring expertise with hands-on experience building and operating regulated investment platforms, with a particular focus on delivering efficient, investor-aligned securitisation solutions.

MARK LANDER

Mark is a Chartered Accountant with 18+ years’ experience across Financial markets, supporting clients and stakeholders through complex, high‑stakes delivery with a strong focus on accuracy, responsiveness and communication. 

He trained and qualified at EY before building a track record in banking finance roles partnering with Front Office across trading, sales, portfolio management, balance sheet optimisation and large-scale reg change programmes. His work has delivered circa £1bn in Balance Sheet savings and the back book transition of over 40k client trades.

EMBA‑qualified, he brings a client‑first mindset to every engagement, prioritising rigorous controls, timely updates and dependable execution.
